Hey, I can do a round-off back handsprings on the ground perfectly fine. It's just that I've lost my trick to be doing a standing back handspring. I used to be able to do it perfectly. However, know I undercut a lot. It's very frustrating in gymnastics to me. Also, sometimes I have a mental block. please give me some tips about undercutting my standing back handsprings and how to get past my mental block

I have just stopped doing gymnastics 18 hours a week. Since I did it so often, I was able to eat lots of food and still stay thin. Now I am doing volleyball but it doesn't start until September, so any tips on how I can still stay slim over the summer, but still enjoy eating. Oh and I still do some excerise like biking and running, but not as often as I did gymnastics.

heeeyy. i'm 13, and i really need to lose weight. [not really, lol, i just think i'm fat.] i have fat on my stomach and my friends tell me i have fat thighs. i've been eating junk all my life and surprisingly i'm not overweight. [yet, oh god. lol.] i'm 13 and weigh 117 lbs. i do gymnastics, and horseback riding, and may be taking up track. i also go on my trampoline a lot. i need a good exercise and diet routine that i can stick to, because i eat a lot of junk and it's hard not to. i also sit at the computer most of my day. i want to lose thigh and stomach fat. i need a good, healthy diet i can stick to and a good exercise routine i can stick to. my parents go to the gym alot but i choose not to go with them. i also can't buy any workout vids or anything. so what should i do? write down a schedule or something? plus, the foods at my school are really unhealthy and the only healthy good stuff they sell are sandwiches, which are nasty. thank you for detailed answers!<33
