I was just wondering if I should maybe lose about 5 pounds or so. I am 17, I was in gymnastics for 9 years so I have a lot of muscle, I am 5'2", and I weigh 140lbs. I look ok, I just think maybe I should lose a little bit of fat around my mid section. Do you think that is a good weight or should I be more around 130 or 135 lbs?
