Open Question: Is anyone else offended?

Is anyone else offended that Cheerleading and Gymnastics are clearly not counted as 'sports' on this website? If you look to the side, you will not find either - I find that insulting, you try to do what we do, and then say that it does not require any athletic ability. Actually - if you have ever been to a cheerleading competition, or been in one - there is competition, between other squads from all across the nation, and there is scoring. So, yes you are competing against other people, perhaps not in the conventional sense, but still...You get up the courage to be thrown into the air above a couple of other girls and manage to perform a stunt, and then we will talk. And obviously I can't ask this question and have any males take me seriously, because I am just another dumb girl, right? Okay, I totally see where you are coming from as far as the head one, direct comeptition of it, and that perhaps you would instead consider cheer or gymnastics athletic events rather than sports, but it still does not change the fact that there is no section for them to be openly discussed, as there are with other sports as well as other athletic events that are listed.
