I can almost do any backwards gymnastics from tucks, hand springs, flips, walls etc.
I am just starting to learn frontwards stuff, but I have alot of trouble with this.
Everytime I attempt my front tuck, I doit, but I land on my heals and fall straight on my butt, any tips on maybe helping me land better, or exercises/trials to do to improve myself?
