Open Question: What if there’s a tie for first in Olympic Gymnastics?

Just as it says. That even as the judges score as accurately as possible, two men or women end up died in first place? Whose anthem would play? Who would get the medal? Who would they get both flags onto the lift? Or would there be some sort of tie breaker?
